Running out space for your Outlook e-mail messages can become distracting, not to mention the possibility of undeliverable messages due to running out of space. Cleaning Up & Managing Your Email is a free training video for organizing your Outlook messages. This video is approximately 15 minutes in length (if you have difficulty viewing this video please contact the Help Desk at 334-242-2222).
If cleaning up your mailbox does not help, you may need a larger mailbox. To upgrade your mailbox storage size you must contact your Agency ACE Coordinator. These are the Outlook mailbox options provided by ISD: Alabama Consolidated Email (ACE): Email Retention for 15 days Email backed up for 30 days Public Folder Access Customized Address List Virus Scanning of Email Mailbox Sizes Available 100 MB Mailbox 250 MB Mailbox 500 MB Mailbox 1500 MB (1.5GB) |
